Students and employee-victims have the right (i) to make a report to the University鈥檚 Security Department, local law enforcement and/or State Police or choose not to report; (ii) to report the incident to the University; (iii) to be protected by the University from retaliation for reporting an incident (or testifying or assisting in a proceeding); and (iv) to receive assistance and resources from the University.
